I spent 20+ years inside complex industrial organisations — not advising from the outside. I founded Capabilium to be the part that stays after the consultant leaves.
My last corporate role was VP Strategy Deployment & Operational Excellence at Logoplaste — overseeing 68 plants across 17 countries. I designed and deployed a global system that unified operations with all support functions to ensure company-wide excellence.
Before Logoplaste, I spent ten years at TMG Automotive — a Tier 1 supplier to Toyota, GM, Mercedes and Hyundai-KIA — developing and launching complex automotive programmes. Working directly with Toyota's production system on-site, I earned the Toyota Quality Achievement Award for 5 consecutive years with 0 PPMs. Complex launches stopped being crises and became controlled, repeatable processes.
I started my career in R&D at DSM in the Netherlands, where I earned a European patent. That grounding in rigorous, evidence-based thinking has stayed with me through every transformation I've led since.
I founded Capabilium Partners in January 2026 because I kept seeing the same pattern: good consultants, good frameworks, poor transfer. The system leaves with the consultant. Capabilium is built to be different — combining hands-on expertise with AI-powered tools that stay in the organisation long after the engagement ends.
