Nine years in a private-equity-backed environment at Logoplaste, responsible for strategy deployment and transformation across 65+ plants in Europe, North America and Brazil. Working with the CEO and leadership team to turn Group strategy into aligned priorities, governance and execution through Hoshin Kanri.
Innovation & product launches with global FMCG customers
Turning innovation opportunities from global FMCG customers such as P&G into scalable, manufacturable solutions — connecting customer strategy, product and process development, investment decisions and site capability.
Industrialisation & launch of operations
Building launch governance and operations from the ground up, including an operations development centre with P&L responsibility in Brazil. The aim: launches and ramp-ups that are stable, predictable and repeatable — not dependent on heroics.
Operational excellence with Toyota foundations
Foundations built on the shop floor with the most demanding automotive OEMs and through Toyota Production System training in Japan and the UK. Lean, TPM, structured problem solving and daily management, applied to deliver reliable, high-efficiency operations.

Respect shown in practice builds trust. When people see that improvement makes their work easier, not harder, they open up about the real problems.
Challenge
With trust in place, it becomes possible to challenge — constructively and consistently — and to build a culture of kaizen. Processes improve, and so does the value they create for the people who run them, for customers and consumers, and for shareholders.
