  2. Months 3–4: Operational systems — Visual Management and work design
  3. Months 5–6: Equipment reliability — TPM, AM, PM, OEE
  4. Months 7–8: Problem solving and quality — A3, Pareto, 5 Whys
  5. Months 9–10: Strategy and people — Hoshin Kanri, TWI
  6. Months 11–12: Digital, change and certification review

Lead a complete Operational Excellence system — connecting strategy, daily management, problem solving, equipment reliability, people development and digital operations into a coherent and sustainable system.

Every course ends with structured reflection — comparing your current reality with what you learned, identifying gaps and building a concrete change plan.
