Tools
Technology that supports the management system.
Digital tools and AI can help teams connect priorities, track actions, organise evidence and improve learning. Their role is to support a sound management system and better decisions. AI supports analysis, questions and the organisation of evidence — decisions and validation on the ground remain with people.
TPM Radar
Supports TPM implementation, maturity assessment, Kamishibai audits and action follow-up, with AI-assisted guidance to help internal auditors develop their assessment and problem-solving skills.
People Pulse
Helps teams understand perceptions of leadership, collaboration and working conditions, identify areas requiring investigation and follow up improvement actions.
BeyondPlan
Supports the connection between strategic priorities, assumptions, resources, capabilities, initiatives and value metrics. Helps teams review progress, study deviations and adapt through structured learning.

How tools are delivered
Built with you. Owned by you.
Our tools are not sold as Software-as-a-Service. They are delivered within consulting and transformation projects, built around the client’s operating model, data and governance. The client can receive access to the source code and run it with their own API keys, AI models and infrastructure. The goal is to strengthen the organisation’s own capability, not to create dependency.
